The advantage of installing a Controlled Atmosphere cold room system is to manage the ambient atmosphere of the warehouse and reduce the oxygen level. The system also increases the carbon dioxide levels to ensure that your products stay fresh and suitable for consumption.
This system is highly effective for preserving vegetables and fruits. By reducing oxygen levels, it slows down the natural ripening process, prevents decay and significantly extends shelf life.
