Does Howcool hold a GMP certificate?
No GMP company certificate is published on epccold.com. What is published: rooms built for GMP-oriented pharmaceutical storage, with 4Q validation support (Design, Installation, Operational, Performance qualification) on the −65℃ project, plus PLC monitoring. The Yizhuang case is described on the project card as a GMP-compliant pharmaceutical warehouse — that is a room duty, not a company certificate. HACCP is likewise not claimed as a Howcool certificate.

Which refrigerants are used for ultra-low rooms?
The −65℃ project page describes a two-stage cascade: R404A high stage and R23 / R508 (R508B) low stage. The CO₂ cascade product is a separate low-GWP option reaching −50℃ with Bitzer CO₂ compressors. Selection is a project calculation — we do not publish a single default for every vaccine SKU.
Can you support validation and audit-trail logging?
Yes, as published: PLC monitoring, 4Q validation on the ultra-low project, and the remote-monitoring / HMI products provide data logging (HMI: 30-day USB export; cloud: 5-year tamper-evident retention). Those products mention HACCP/GDP-ready reports as a software feature — not as a Howcool certificate.
What should a tender pack include?
Set-point and tolerance, product list (vaccines, biologics, GLP-1 samples), redundancy (the ultra-low project cites N+1), humidity band if required, door and airlock layout, and whether 4Q protocols are in the owner’s scope.
