• Any contract is governed by the terms specified in the signed sales agreement, which prevail over any inconsistent statements on this website
• Engineering drawings and proposals shared by Howcool are confidential and remain Howcool's intellectual property until a contract is executed

4. Warranty & Disclaimers

Product warranties are defined in the signed sales contract for each order. Typical warranty is 5 years on core refrigeration components from the date of commissioning, subject to correct installation, normal operating conditions, and routine maintenance per the operations manual.
