What information do you need to size a modular cold room?
Send design temperature, internal volume or plan dimensions, stored product, door type, site voltage and ambient climate. Howcool returns a preliminary design and quotation — the live site states a preliminary design within 24 hours and technical drawings plus an itemised quotation within 3–5 days.
Is a modular room suitable for freezer duty or only chilling?
The published monoblock range is −25℃ to +10℃ on R404A/R507A, 380-415V / 3-phase / 50Hz, 1HP–5HP. Plug-in EPS panels are specified for service down to −20℃. For blast freezing or colder rooms, engineering will specify PU/PIR or blast-freezer panels instead of a standard EPS modular package.
Can the room ship as a kit for local assembly?
Yes. Plug-in modular EPS panels use tongue-and-groove joints (cam-lock is also listed on the product page) and the monoblock is a factory-assembled cabinet. Howcool can supervise installation and commission the plant; export documentation is issued on FOB or CIF terms from Beijing.
